I tend not to hold grudges unless they really do something horrible. I can only think of maybe 2 people that I hold a grudge with right now, but they don't matter anyways... 10:13 pm	Into The Woods Thank you god, Equus is done. That show really took a lot out of me, but thankfully I kept up on my homework. Also, this means that I am now completely in Into The Woods mode. I've been chugging away at my prop work for the show and that has taken up a lot of my time. I can upload some pictures to show what i've been working on if any would like to see. :) Classes have been going well and homework has actually been fun, but that's understandable for taking multiple theatre classes. My Logic class is taking a break from the normal curriculum and going into discussion about artificial intelligence for a week or so. Weird path, I know, but the topic is waaaay more interesting than anything we could possibly talk about in that class. Besides that, nothing's really going on. 8:00 pm	Rambling About Work... So, for those who didn't know, I work at the auditorium on campus here at ISU. I work with our production services, meaning I help with road shows and clients coming in holding seminars and stuff like that. Everything has been working out great for me so far; my bosses love me, the pay is great, it's what I like doing, but as of the beginning of this semester, there is only one reason I don't like going to work. His name is Peter. Peter is a freshman accounting major working in production services because he heard from a friend that it pays well and someone who doesn't know shit about anything that goes on there. That already annoys me to no end. I've brought it up to him on many occasions that he really needs to learn up on how things work in order to move up or to even gain respect with our bosses, and all I get back is a "yeah, whatever" and all around apathy from this kid. Another thing is that he makes so many threats to everyone he works with. I suppose it has to do with some sort of complex in his brain or something, but as of today he has pushed me over the edge. To keep it short, the conflict resulted with me saying to his face not to ever threaten me unless he "wants a fist in his face and a knife in his gut." I know something that serious should never be uttered in the workplace or anywhere else for that matter, and i'm sorry if this comes off as me just rambling on, but it makes me feel better writing this instead of just letting it slide, again. All in all, don't make threats. They'll come right back at you with more power than you could have ever imagined... *Phew* I feel a lot better now. 1:37 am	Swing Life Away... I've got some friends, some that I hardly know, but we've had some times I wouldn't trade for the world. We chase these days down with talks of the places that we will go. We live on front porches and swing life away, we get by just fine here on minimum wage. If love is a labor I'll slave 'til the end, I won't cross these streets until you hold my hand. 5:10 pm	Wheeeee... Just got back from surgery. For those of you who didn't know, I went to get my wisdom teeth removed today, and its not as bad as I thought it would be. Sure it hurts, but I seem to have a real high pain tolerance, at least for stuff like this, so it's all good. Also, I want to wish a very happy birthday to skuffcoyote ! He was quite literally the first furry I had ever met and became friends with back when I got into the fandom. Happy birthday buddy! *hugs a yote tight!* Now I have the rest of the long weekend to relax before I go back to school Monday night. 9:18 am	:) Woke up early this morning to go out for a long bike ride, which I try to do maybe 3 or 4 times a week. I was enjoying the ride when I came across some deer in a clearing. The sun hadn't risen yet so there was a light layer of fog still on the field they were in, so I stopped and sat down on one of the large rocks that was on the edge of the clearing. I don't know how long I had stopped for--it was at least 30 minutes or so--but eventually they walked into the forest so I finished my workout and came home. During those 30+ minutes I kind of did some meditating, something I hadn't really done in a long time. It really cleared my head and gave me a good moment to think about what i've done, what i'm about to do, etc. I had a good talk with a close friend last night who shall remain anonymous, and that was mostly at the center of my thoughts this morning. I like being a good ear to listen and a good shoulder to lean on for my friends, and this was no exception, and it made me feel really good. Its moments like those where I really appreciate the friends I have and the paths I am choosing for myself. I go back to school in just over a week, in fact a week from 1:30 this afternoon i'll be leaving. I must say I can't wait to go back. This summer, with a few exceptions has been rather boring, with the high point probably being AC. But I made good money this summer so I guess I can't really complain. This semester is gonna be great. :) carson10us keeps me on track with how many days until MFF, something I can't wait for. MFM just isn't an option, as much as i'd like to go (i'm sure i'm making multiple people sad by saying that). I'll be done with all my semester's production assignments by the time November rolls around and the con will be a nice break for me. Seeing my friends again is nice too. :P Sorry if this seems just like a random, boring rant or something. I guess I wanted to give you all an actual update with how my life is going. 9:59 pm	Good Feelings... Last weekend was softball, and the first game where I actually played. Obviously, soft/baseball isn't one of my best sports, but I did alright for having not played in a game for at least a year. I still think the idea of a furry dodgeball game would draw a big crowd. ;) Wound up chillaxing at Buona Beef with the guys from softball, then went home to drop off my car. I got the offer to spend the night at the hotel if I was interested, so I worked something out with my parents and nbowa so that could be possible, which was nice. Got to meet evan_li (who now lives in my town, of all places.), tzup , xalelydo , and ramalion (if I forgot anyone im sorry! D:). Yay new friends. :D Thanks to everyone who made my only game of softball this year a fun time. On another note, I kinda had a good revelation last nigth before I went to bed. For the first time in a long while, I am completely happy with where I am in life. My friends, my job, my school situation--everything could not be more perfect. Hope those who are at Megaplex this weekend have a blast. I'll be getting nightly updates from kookyfox , rory_husky , fordshepherd , and rlfjr03 , so at least i'll be in the know. ;) Night all.
